When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are made on business days. All parcels must be signed for by the recipient.

If your ordered fabric is in stock to produce the goods you have ordered, we will send your order as soon as it is made after receiving the payment. We ship all orders with a registered delivery, however delivery tracking may not be available in some cases depending on destination and shipping company.

If selected product is out of stock, we will send an estimated shipping date to your email.

Standard shipping normally takes:  

4 – 11 business days for Europe;

2 – 3 weeks for USA and Canada;

from 4 weeks for Australia, Japan, China and the rest of the World.

If you are unable to find your location in the list or get a quote, please contact us through We will try to find the way to deliver your order.

Shipping methods and costs

We ship worldwide using different shipping methods:

Post Registered Mail for small parcels.

UPS, TNT and FedEx couriers for larger parcels.

Shipping cost depends on delivery option you have selected and weight of your order. Delivery cost will be visible during the checkout process. There is no free shipping limit.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Your local government may charge import taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on international shipments depending on the value of the order. These extra costs are not included into payment and will be charged by delivery company.



If for some reason product will not meet your expectations you can return it within 14 business days of receiving your order.

You can either exchange the item or get a full refund. To return the item please first contact us via Describe the situation and let us know if you prefer a refund or exchange - we will assist you with the process, provide return address and instructions.

Please remember:

·        Item must be returned complete;

·        Item must be in a perfect condition;

·        Item must be unused;

·        Item must be in the original packaging with all the tags in place.

We cannot exchange or refund cut fabric and customized items unless they are faulty.


How to send it back

Contact us via and describe the issue. Pack the items back into the parcel and send it to the address that we have provided via e-mail correspondence. To avoid a loss of parcels in transit all items must be returned to us by “Recorded Delivery”.


If item is faulty

We will fully refund the cost of any defective products. We will also cover the postage costs and any import tax you had to pay. Proofs must be provide upon request.


Custom Orders

Cut fabrics sold by meter and items that were customized by your request can not be returned or exchanged. If you have selected a custom fabric, changed size or personalized an item with embroidered monogram or asked to make any other changes it will be considered a custom order.
