When will I receive my order?

Most of our products are handmade-to-order, therefore allow for the processing time of around 1-3 weeks, depending on the product.
All orders are shipped worldwide straight from our production house in Lithuania, EU.

We always encourage to choose the Express Shipping option if you're in a hurry. Express shipping takes around 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Deliveries are made on business days. All parcels must be signed for by the recipient.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER €250

Worldwide Express Shipping on us! Whenever your order goes above €250 (or the equivalent in your local currency), free Express Shipping will be automatically applied in your cart. There are no limits to free shipping.

Shipping methods and costs

We ship worldwide using different shipping methods:

Post Registered Mail for small parcels.
UPS, TNT and FedEx couriers for larger parcels.

To ensure that shipping costs are as fair and accurate as possible, they are calculated individually according to the delivery option you have selected, the weight of your specific order, and your location.

The shipping cost is visible once you add the products to the cart along with your address.

Standard shipping Estimates:

4 – 11 business days for Europe;

2 – 3 weeks for USA and Canada;

Approximately 30 days for Australia, Japan, China and the rest of the World.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your local government may charge import taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on international shipments depending on the value of the order. These extra costs are not included in the payment and will be charged by the delivery company.
Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we cannot predict whether there will be any extra charges.

Returns

If for some reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 business days of receiving your order.

You can either exchange the item or get a full refund.
To return the item please first contact us via info@epiclinen.com Describe the situation and let us know if you prefer a refund or an exchange - we will assist you with the process, provide the return address and instructions.


Please remember:

  • Item must be returned complete;
  • Item must be in a perfect condition;
  • Item must be unused;
  • Item must be in the original packaging with all the tags in place.

We cannot exchange or refund cut fabric and customized items unless they are faulty.

 

How to send it back

Contact us via info@epiclinen.com and describe the issue. Pack the items back into the parcel and send it to the address that we have provided via e-mail correspondence. To avoid a loss of parcels in transit all items must be returned to us by “Recorded Delivery”.

 

If the item is faulty

We will fully refund the cost of any defective products. We will also cover the postage costs and any import tax you had to pay. Proof must be provided upon request (showing wrong size or color, broken stitches, etc).

Be aware that discoloration and shrinkage are not manufacturing faults. Please follow our linen care guidelines provided with the order to ensure your linen pieces stay in good shape for a long time.

 

Custom Orders

Cut fabrics sold by meter and items that were customized by your request can not be returned or exchanged. If you have selected a custom fabric, changed size or personalized an item with embroidered monogram or asked to make any other changes it will be considered a custom order.
